Racial Profiling
The Naples Police Department has adopted a policy prohibiting any form of bias or profiling in its enforcement activity. If you believe inappropriate criteria affected an enforcement decision made by members of the Naples Police Department, you may file a complaint, and it will be fully investigated.

To file a complaint or leave a compliment, contact Chief Chris Hogg by the method of your choice. Prior to any disciplinary action taken against an employee, complaints must be in writing and signed by the complainant.

Crash Report Online Purchase System

You may obtain a copy of a Texas Peace Officer’s Crash Report (CR-3) (regular or certified) through the TxDOT Crash Report Online Purchase System. Customers using the online system receive their report(s) immediately if the report is available for purchase. There is a minimal surcharge for using this system. Go to the link above for more information on obtaining a crash report online, confidentiality, fees and ordering a crash report by mail.
Note: It may take up to ten (10) days for crash reports to be submitted by the Naples Police Department to TxDOT.
