- Sex Offender Registration Program - Effective Wednesday, February 26, 2020, the Naples Police Department assumed responsibility for registering sex offenders living or working within the city limits of Naples, Texas.
NOTE: On February 18, 2020, the Naples City Council adopted the CHILD SAFETY ZONE ORDINANCE that places certain restrictions on sex offenders and property owners located in child safety zones.

Crash Report Online Purchase System

You may obtain a copy of a Texas Peace Officer’s Crash Report (CR-3) (regular or certified) through the TxDOT Crash Report Online Purchase System. Customers using the online system receive their report(s) immediately if the report is available for purchase. There is a minimal surcharge for using this system. Go to the link above for more information on obtaining a crash report online, confidentiality, fees and ordering a crash report by mail.
Note: It may take up to ten (10) days for crash reports to be submitted by the Naples Police Department to TxDOT.
